Return and refund policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging included. Exceptions include personalized or custom items. To initiate a return, contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number. The shipping cost for returning any item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
